Well, probably not really but I must admit I acted very unselfishly tonight. Me, the Celiac on the G free diet for LIFE, made sugar cookies with my girls tonight. It was so hard not to sneak a finger full of cookie dough while we were baking. But honestly, giving up the sweets that contain flour are not that big of a deal for me. It was the pizza that I volunteered to pick up for dinner for the girls. Oh My Goodness. I thought I was going to have to throw it out the window before I got home. That was hard. Here's hoping I find some decent recipe for pizza crust one day.
