On December 6th, we continued our family tradition of observing the German celebration of St. Nick's Day. The kids don't get much in their stockings, but its always fun to start the Christmas season with a little something special. Erik's family has always celebrated St. Nick's day, and we started this tradition in our own family after Ella was born. I hope it is something that our children will do with their own children one day.
