Our family is so honored to have had this opportunity to share Lucy's story. While Lucy is incredible and deserves a lot of the credit for her hard work and determination, this story is really about God. It's a story about a gracious God choosing to perform a miracle in Lucy's life. Our family's hope is that we can continue to share this story for many years to come. We ask for your prayers as we seek God's will for Lucy's life and the direction of the Go Lucy Go Foundation.

I just think it is so amazing that not only have you survived these past few years but that you all gave birth to the Go Lucy Go Foundation which have have an impact for many years to come.

I have followed your blog since the beginning. I remember sobbing when things looked hopeless and praying so hard for your family. And I cry again today but definitely for different reasons! I don't know how someone could see your story and not believe in God! As a mom I was drawn to your honesty. You didn't try to sugarcoat it, you shared your pain and frustrations that I think any mother going through what your family has would have had, but you also showed such grace, courage, and faith through it all. Thank you for sharing your story with us all and for using it as a way to help others! I can't wait to see the rest of your story unfold and see what amazing things will surely come from it!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great story! I've been reading this blog for the last year. Thank God for Lucy's recovery! One of my friends just lost her five year old son to brain cancer five months ago. Before he died, he started a foundation called "Jaxon Frog Foundation", and this past week, Jaxon was inaugurated into the "Pay It Forward" Hall of Fame. The struggles in life really show the true resilience in people. This quote always comes to mind when I think of struggle:
