Easter Bonnets

We didn't actually wear Easter bonnets this year, but I thought we cleaned up rather nicely.  I've got lots of Easter pictures to post, but tonight I am preparing myself for a busy day at St. Jude tomorrow.  Lucy has a big eye exam and we sure would appreciate your prayers.

  4. I have thought about commenting, or even emailing you for nearly a year now. I have a cousin (also my best friend) who had brain cancer and even spent MUCH time at Le Bonheurs (back in the 70's and 80's) She was 3 when she was frist diagnosed and was cancer free from age 9-36!! Lucy's story reminds me SO much of what my Alice went through and I pray everyday that Lucy has the strength Alice did!! I want Lucy to be filled with all the love, strength, and happiness my Alice had! Unfortunately Alice passed away in October last year at the age of 41- but 41 is an AMAZING age when you had your first tumor at 3! I want Lucy to show Alice up!!! Fight harder, live happier (if that's possible), and be health! I pray for Ella everyday as well- I have walked her in those shoes, I have shed those tears- and I don't wish that pain on anyone. Ella is amazing and beautiful and SUCH a lady of God! I have loved getting to read your blog for the past two years and hope your journey with cancer and the fear that comes with it AND without out is nearly over!! PRAYING WITHOUT CEASING from NC!!!!
