Prayers have been sent to you that all goes well with Lucy today. I asked God to have his protective hands on her and providing you, Erik and Ella comfort as well.
I have been praying for Lucy's full recovery. I feel God will use this child in the future to help others. I pray God will help Lucy's family and to give them the stringth to get on the other side of this sickness. My prayer is, that will come soon.
I am so very glad that the surgery is over. PTL. I will continue praying as you receive the news from the doctor. I am expecting good news and lots of hugs for you and your family. Love to all, Pat Williams, a grandmother in Tuscaloosa
We've been praying for Lucy this morning in East Tennessee. We won't stop now. Just changing the prayers to great biopsy results and for miraculous healing to begin.
Praying for God's blessing as you talk with Lucy's doctors. Very thankful to hear that surgery went well. Keep your spirits high and know that so many of us are praying for sweet Lucy and your entire family.
God's Holy Word says to 'pray without ceasing.' Please pray for baby Louie Marcuzo in the NICU...there at LeBonheur. Thank the Lord for such a place as this. God knows and His hand is reaching out to all who love Him...Love for Lucy..
Praise GOD! Continuing to pray for her in Wisconsin! Hopeful that when she wakes up her pain will be managed and she will do as well as possible. It is another recovery period, but the Lord will see you through. Now that the surgery is completed you will be able to move forward in whatever path that might be. Sending you tons of hugs and lots and lots of prayer.
Have been praying for Lucy, the family, and the medical team since I first woke up this morning! Thank you for the update. I hope the recovery is quick and smooth!
Couldn't stop thinking of you all today and sending lots of prayers your way. Glad to hear she is out and all went well. Will wait patiently for when you are ready to post again. Praying for Good News!!
I have never posted anything on your blog but read it and pray for you all daily. Up until Friday, there is no way that I could have ever been cto blesslose to saying that I completely feel & understand your pain, worry or fear. But now unfortunately I can in a way. My 11 year old son was scheduled to have his tonsils and adenoids removed tomorrow July 17. On Friday, LeBonhuer called me to inform me that the surgery has been cancelled and that they are getting all of the paperwork in order to refer us to St. Jude because the last 2 rounds of lab test have come back abnormal. My heart absolutely sank, and then every negative thought & worse case scenarios started going through my head. I do not believe that I have ever felt that much fear, anger or any other emotion all at one time. Then I immediately thought about your sweet Lucy, your family and all that you have been through, and then I recalled a lot of your posts and how great St. Jude is, but most importantly what an AWESOME, GREAT God we serve, then a peace fell over me and I have come to the conclusion that evidently there is a reason for this, I don't know what yet, but I am going to put my Faith in our Creator, that he is in control. I live in Brighton, Tn and I have one of Lucy's ribbons on my car and it has been there for over a year, as a reminder that at a moments notice life can change. I am not going to lie, I am still scared, and the waiting is getting to me so bad. We are currently still waiting on all the paperwork and the referral process, but they have said that hopefully by tomorrow we will have our appointment time set up. I have a new found respect for patience and for any parent that has ever had to endure any of this. May God continue to bless you and your family!!!!!! Erin Moody
precious Erin - I am praying for you and for your sweet son even now. I will be lifting you both up to our sweet and Sovereign Lord and asking for peace and comfort and for His healing touch on your son.
Erin, we're praying for your son and your family. God is mighty and there's no where better to lay your fears and tears. Praying for you now and always.
May angels surround Lucy as she recovers and continues to fight. Prayers for good pain control, wisdom for the doctors and a clear diagnosis that will allow for the best possible prognosis and treatment. Prayers for you all as you continue to fight.
