Still Here

Yes, we are still here.  Still doing great.  Never a quite or still moment at our home these days.  Every day since we were discharged, Lucy has had to be at the hospital by 8am.  It's been tough, we are so blessed to have the chance to sleep in our own beds at night.  I'll post some pictures this weekend, but I wanted to update on a few things:

1.  Lucy is going to be the Duckmaster at the Peabody Hotel tomorrow night.  She is so thrilled and we are as proud as can be!  If you don't know the story of the Peabody ducks, you can read here

2.  There is a good chance Lucy will not be able to start her 4th round of chemo on Sunday as originally scheduled.  Her counts are not cooperating and the docs just feel as if she is not ready.  We don't know yet when she will go in but it will likely be Wednesday or Friday.  If is so frustrating, but we know that it's her body's way of telling us she is not ready.

Ok, that's enough for tonight.  But don't worry, I'm charging all my camera batteries in preparation for Lucy's big Duck debut!
