Today and Tomorrow

Saturday my baby boy turned 1.  Today we celebrated.  (TONS of pics to come this week)

Tomorrow we are back to the grind.  Focused intently on getting to Round 4 of chemo.  I would ask tonight that if you are willing, please pray for Lucy's counts to recover (hemoglobin, ANC and platelets) and stabilize.  Also of great unrest is an overcrowding on the BMT floor.  Our friend Justin finally recovered his counts today and was ready to be admitted for his 4th round only to be told there were no beds.  This is all just mind numbing!  Cancer sucks!

  4. Happy belated birthday Sweet Baby Jack!
Kate this will all be over soon! I'll be up next week and pray I can see and talk to you again!!! I know you say you don't get on Facebook much, so you probably haven't seen me pushing this. I am trying to win a Reader's Digest story contest and need friends to vote everyday to try to get Ivee's story in the lead. This would give us a platform to promote childhood cancer research. To vote everyday go to http://apps.facebook.com/yourlifecontest/content/ivee-blessed

God bless you Kate and we love you guys,
Hope and Ivee and Emmett and family!!!
