I yelled at my children.
I said a not-so-nice word under my breath at the guy driving too slowly down the road.
I cleaned my house with a vengeance to try to make it all disappear.
Tomorrow is a new day and for that I am so thankful. A fresh start is one of God's sweetest blessings.

ReplyDeleteKate, I yelled and cried today too. I am grateful His mercies are new every single morning. It's been one of those days and I'm grateful you were real enough to admit it!
ReplyDeleteWe all have these days! You have every right. My friend Kara, who also reads your blog, has a challenge up on her blog. It is called removing the mask. If you have the time, go read it! It is encouraging women to lose the mask of perfection we see on blogs, etc. And she is faith based. http://www.wellnesswitness.com/ Here is the Facebook page, where we are sharing of picture of our not so perfect lives right now. https://www.facebook.com/WellnessWitness
ReplyDeleteToday is another day! Sending positive thoughts and prayers your way for a better and happier day.
ReplyDeleteI hope today is a better day. I hate days like that. I hope it was just a bad day and nothing catastrophic happened. I know on the days I feel life is falling apart patience is very far from me. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteI think It is something in the air. I love that you are "real" with us. Have a great day today!
ReplyDeleteummmm....I think you are human. Forgive yourself!
ReplyDelete(((Hugs))) and many prayers for you dear one. :)
ReplyDeleteOh Kate we all have days like that. Although I wasn't yelling I was very moody and especially with my family. Just one of those days so I decided to start out on a better foot this morning. Glad that the day begins anew. Don't beat yourself up too much. I hope today has been better for you :)
ReplyDeleteThose days are hard but we are all human and God is with us no matter where we are.
ReplyDeleteWe all have those days, with or without the stress of family issues. You're just being human likke the rest of us. Those are the times you need to "let go and let God". One day at a time, one issue at a time.
ReplyDeleteI appreciate your honesty more than I can say. Hug and peace.
