Bless her little heart - time and patience are in such short supply for most of us, but that's what she needs. You and your family have made a profound difference in my life this year. God bless you all as we celebrate the birth of Christ.
Kate, Our prayers are still being answered and you are right, He Has This!! Merry Christmas Kate and hold your family tighter this year! paulaschaffin@gmail.com

So glad to hear this! We will probably never meet, but I've been following along since the beginning and praying for Lucy and your family. Merry Christmas!
Great news, Kate :) My husband and I are missionaries in Mexico, but we used to go to church with your cousin, Carla Putt. I have been reading your blog for almost a year now. I pray for Lucy and your family. May God give you more love for Him and a deeper understanding of His Gospel through these trials....and may He heal and save your little girl. Merry Christmas!
I am a Nana of 9.8 little ones and just have been crushed to humility reading your blog the last year! Miss Lucy is a part of so many people's lives...she has touched us in a way that we all needed to be touched! And God's hand has been on her through the entire journey. Almost a pound is a miracle! A Christmas miracle. We will continue to lift Lucy up, as well as your family! Your journey has been a rough one...and we're glad you have chosen to share it with us! You are bringing people to Jesus...and perhaps that's what Lucy's cancer was meant to do! Merry Christmas!
Such welcome good news! The Christmas message at the early Christmas service at church today was that God knows our storms better than we do, and he walks us through each and every one, bringing comfort, strength, courage, help, and peace. He's helping Lucy now.
Merry Christmas to you and your family and continued prayers for Lucy.
Praise God! Go Lucy Go!
