Home

Lucy came home late last night. We are so exhausted. She is back again today for radiation with her Daddy. I am spending a much needed day with my other kiddos. Running errands and doing laundry never seemed so exciting. I've got some exciting news to post this evening!

  3. SO happy that she was home last night!!! How is the vomiting today? I know it is hard to watch her little body go through so much! The Douglas house has been praying non stop for your sweet girl! There are so many things in a day that make me think about Lucy... and in that moment... prayer goes up! There is a light at the end of this tunnel (like you said) and I just know that when all is said and done... Great news will be coming your way! God is still Good...and God is still God! He is taking care of your precious miss and has GREAT plans for her! What a gift she is to so many...even those she's never even met! :) Keep fighting Lucy! We are all cheering you on! Go Lucy Go!!!

  4. So glad to hear that Lucy was able to go home last night. I am sure Ella was happy to see her, as well as baby Jack. Thank you for posting the beautiful pictures of your family enjoying Easter. The pictures of Lucy with her Daddy are precious, and she looks just like him! She even has the same expression on her face as Erik does, when she smiles. So good to see that sweet smile again! Jack favors his Daddy also, and is quite the cutie I might add. I adore a baby with chubby cheeks, and he surely fits the bill! He and Lucy look so much alike, and pretty Ella is definitely her Mommy. You have three beautiful children, and such a loving family. You are truly blessed. Looking forward to hearing the exciting news you have to share. Hoping Lucy's vomiting has stopped, and she is able (and wanting) to eat again.
    Sending Hugs!
