Quick update

I am working on a post for later tonight.  I have so much on my heart and mind.  In the case that I don't get to finish, I wanted to let you all know that we were able to bring Lucy home late this afternoon.  As seems to be her new norm, she has slept most of the day away.  Between the after-effects of radiation and the brain trauma she sustained last week, she is sleeping roughly 18 out of 24 hours a day.  We go in tomorrow for a clinic visit and she will have her labsdone.  She has made a good turn around, but she still has a long way to go.

Never stop praying.......

  2. So glad Lucy was able to come home today. Hopefully her little body is getting the rest she needs to recover from the trauma last week. Praying that Lucy's lab work looks good tomorrow, for her sight to be completely restored, her appetite to return, and, as always, for complete healing. Keep fighting little Lucy!!

Kate, I cannot even imagine what you and Erik are going through. Lucy is so lucky to have you two as her parents.

    GO LUCY GO!!

  8. Nothing you can do is wrong, there is no normal. Take peace in that and follow your heart. Your witness is remarkable! You are in my prayers.
