Prayers Please

This morning our friend Lanie went to be with Jesus.  Please lift her family up as they begin to try to manage their heartache and loss.  No words I could offer will help, so this morning i only ask God to hold them in His loving arms.

  11. so sorry, lifting you all in prayer. God inhabits our praise, knowing(having experienced losing a child 25 years ago)that you may not be able to praise HIm right now, so I will for you. I praise Him that He never leaves or forsakes, or forgets us. He understands your pain for He gave His Only begotten Son for us, so that we can be assured of Heaven. This is not our home,Lanie is Home. Thank you God for that sure knowledge that she is not lost or wasted;she is with you. Help us Holy Spirit to lift our hearts back to God.

  12. So sorry for Lanie's family. Prayers for them and for you aswell. It must be hard seeing a family that you have come to know have to deal with such a horrible and innocent loss. I pray that God takes sweet Lanie into His arms and never let's go until she can once more be re-united with her family. Rest In Peace Sweet Lanie....

  15. Kate, I am so sorry. Praying for the family.
(I noticed that I had traffic from your site on my blog and at the bottom of this post, my site is linked. Did I somehow do that? I am so sorry if I did and I cannot figure out how to undo it. I don't even know how to do something like that. This is such a serious prayer request post and I would never want to detract from that. I am so sorry if I somehow did that.)

  18. Hi all...

Prayers of petition are made by practicing Christians who are experiencing a difficult situation in their lives. Christians ask God for help by praying for guidance and requesting situation change. Thanks a lot.

  20. Kate, I read another blog about a mother who has a little boy struggling daily with EB, she also apologized for not blogging enough. I feel so sad that you both think that you have to apologize to all of your followers. I personally feel like you all are going through so much that we are the ones that should Thank you daily for allowing us to be part of your blog and allowing everyone to send you all prayers and words of wisdom. I do go to your blog daily to see how your precious Lucy (and the rest of your family) are doing. I am so happy to hear that Lucy is doing better with each day. GO LUCY GO...
