Here is Lucy on her first day of school. Yes, I cried just like I would have it was her real school. I was very emotional!
There was one other little boy there with 2 teachers between them! Due to scheduling and the life of a St. Jude kid, you never know how many kiddos will be in school on any given day. Today they just read the Kissing Hand by Audrey Penn which is one of my absolute favorites! She even made her own kissing hand which is now proudly displayed on my refrigerator.
And for the out of towners, here is Lucy telling about her first day of school. I have no idea why it uploaded sideways. I don't have time to fix it now. Will try to later. Enjoy family!
BE SURE TO GO TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN AND TURN OFF THE MUSIC!
And here is Jack being so darn cute with his walking. He is all over the place!
I'm so happy she got to go to school! I'm sure it was special to her! Jack is soooooo cute in that video...growing too fast!

Oh Lucy you are just too adorable!!! Happy School Year Baby!!!
ReplyDeleteGo Jack Go!!
This is the first time I've commented, but I've read since the day you found out about Lucy's diagnosis. I love you video & I had to tell you that you are such a wonderful, strong mama. And even though you heart is breaking & aching every single day, you cannot hear it in your voice. (And I assume see it in your actions.) I think you can contribute that to why Lucy is such a fighter, she has a strong mama there with her! God bless you! All our prayers!
