Happy 6month Birthday Jack! Your sisters love you and I know your Momma does too! you are so precious! :) I'll hold you sitting down though! :) Tina Anne - Eads, TN
Sweet Sweet Lucy! My heart is aching for you and for your Momma! I can't imagine what you both are feeling and going through and I pray every moment I look at your picture on my desk that God heals you from this terrible disease. There are so many sweet children and adults that suffer and we don't understand why and we put all of these prayers in God's Hands! Please Lord, stop the drain from Lucy's spinal so she may go back to St. Jude and get her treatment in Jesus name we pray! Amen, Tina Anne - Eads, TN
Sweet baby. A good friend of mine, when talking about juggling her newborn and her 2 yr old made an astute statement that has stayed with me. She said, "when both babies cry, I get my oldest first. She will understand and remember that I did not come when she cried. My new baby is still young enough, that I can tend to his needs second and he will not feel hurt because of it". I know that doesn't relieve your aching need for Jack, but maybe it can ease your conscience that his season will not scar him. Prayers for you all.
Kate, I do not know you personally but I have been following your blog and praying every day for each of you and little Lucy. I couldn't figure out exactly why I felt so connected to you (other than the obvious- a mother knows a mother's pain!) but I just realized looking here- your Jack and my sweet Brooks are a mere few hours a part. I know you long to have him in your arms. Mothers who labor at the same time always have a connection. Prayers and love from Jackson, TN. And a happy six months to our beautiful boys!
